The Lake District

Hungover, we eventually headed out of the house to the Lake District. Mostly we spent the day pottering about, eating (pub lunches, ice cream, Indian), attempting to form coherent sentences - the kind of things you'd do anywhere when there is too much gin still swilling about your system!

Fortunately it was a lovely day, so we took an exhaustive amount of photos of us generally stupidly posing about the place.

In the evening we went to the theatre to see Of Mice and Men at the 'Theatre by the Lake'. So all in all despite the hangovers we had a really nice day.

Today, it's the continental market, yes - again. The same as in August, the same as Christmas and now the same for Easter! And because nothing very eventful really happens in Carlisle we're all very excited about this! I've spent all day eating.
