Monday

On Monday Tom, Kate, Sophie and me went to Lanercost Priory for a picnic and then on to Hadrian's Wall. We had a really lovely day and ok Hadrian's Wall is no Great Wall of China and Lanecrost Priory is hardly St Paul's Cathedral but still, days like Monday really make you appreciate how beautiful it is right where we live.

Afterwards Tom and me went into town for a wander and a coffee, which turned into a couple of bottles of wine, then dinner and then the most random, fun night out we've had in Carlisle since I've been back.
